Plain Breakup Bar 5 oz

If you want chocolate in a portioned fashion, then break up bars are the answer. We use our finest chocolates, which have a cacao content of 34% for the milk and 72% for the dark.  We can go as high as 85% or even 90% (special requests), which requires a 2 day notice. The bar pictured weighs 5 ounces and can be broken into 12 pieces.
