Advanced Chocolatier Summer Camp - $180

Campers will learn how to make their own truffles and stuff molded items with a variety of stuffing of their choice (caramel, peanut butter, coconut, marzipan etc.). Campers will create their own truffle designs and use advanced techniques to decorate their handmade truffles.

Minimum of 4 children—max of 6
Participants must have already completed the Chocolate Boot Camp.
Camp will be run over the course of two 4 hour days. Will include lunch and snacks.

Truffle Making Class - $35 per person.

This class will dive hands first into the art of truffle making, made easy. Participants will learn how to use a variety of flavorings and ingredients to make their own truffles to take home and share.

Class runs 1.5 hours and can be scheduled as a private party (minimum of 5), or you may join a scheduled general public offering (call the store for a current schedule).

Girls Night Out

Enjoy some (BYOB) champagne and wine while tasting delicious chocolate. Dip and decorate your own strawberries and choose from a selection of ganache flavors to roll in your choice of toppings.

Mommy/Daddy and Me

Dip pretzels, marshmallows, cookies etc in chocolate and decorate them!

1 hour — $30

Birthdays

Bring a group of friends and learn how to mold your own chocolate in your choice of milk, dark or white chocolate. Pick from our vast selection of molds before the party so we can have it all ready for you! Includes pizza and drinks. 2 hours — min. 5 people, max. 12 — price is dependent on molds and number of children

Chocolate and Wine Pairing

Start with tastings of milk and dark chocolate. Learn how chocolate can be paired with different wines and taste truffles flavored with wines.

Girl/Boy Scouts

Option A:

45 Minute Tour and Tasting Participants will enjoy a detailed tour of the facility, owner will go into detail on the purpose and use of equipment to make their favorite confections. A brief demonstration will be given on how to make a piece of molded chocolate. Tour will conclude with a brief talk on packaging. Each participant will go home with their own goodie bag!

Option B:

1.5 Hour Tour, Lecture and Tasting Participants will enjoy a brief tour of the facility. Shop chocolatier will go into detail on the role our senses play when eating chocolate. Lecture will include tasting candies and ingredients while participating in fun activities using their senses. A brief demonstration will be given on how to dip fruit and smother Oreos and pretzels in chocolate using our production enrober. Tour will conclude with a brief talk on packaging. Each participant will go home with their own goodie bag!

$18 per participant

*Both tours can be scheduled any weeknight or Saturday afternoon 4:15 or later. 1 chaperone for every 5 children. 12% discount on all purchases made at the conclusion of the tour*

Chocolate Boot Camp

Campers will learn how chocolate is made all the way from the pod to the candy bar. Each day they will work hands on with chocolate to mold, decorate and package delicious treats to bring home! The camp will be offered multiple weeks and is provided as 3 halfday sessions. Morning and afternoon sessions will be split into age groups (8— 11 and 12—15). Campers may choose to come single days. However, the first day of each weekly session (Tuesday) is required as it will include safety and hygiene for both age groups.

Rates:
$90 for Tuesday (extended class, includes lunch) — $75 each day (Wednesday or Thursday) — $195 for all three days.
