At JEmanuel, we are committed to ensuring your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and returns policies below.

Shipping Information

To maintain the highest quality, all our products are handcrafted to order. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation of your order. During warmer months, we take extra care to preserve the quality of our chocolates by offering expedited shipping options and the use of cold packs.

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Delivery Schedule: We do not offer same-day shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit times, ensuring the freshest delivery possible.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or outside continental U.S.
  • Warm Weather Shipping: If temperatures exceed 75°F, we recommend selecting a cold pack at checkout. For weather over 90°F, we may hold your shipment until conditions are more favorable or offer expedited shipping options.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate, and someone is available to receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues related to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Packages left unattended or delivered to unoccupied addresses.
  • Weather-related delays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we cannot accept traditional returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to resolve any issues in line with our Terms of Use and Data Privacy Notice, including offering replacements or store credits where applicable.

To Request Assistance:

  • Email us at support@jemanuel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged product or incorrect item).
  • We do not offer refunds for products that are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information or for packages left unattended at the delivery location.
  • If you have a complaint or inquiry, please allow up to 10 business days for a response. We strive to address all concerns promptly and efficiently.

Note: For any orders placed during warmer months, we are not responsible for melted products unless a cold pack is selected, and expedited shipping is chosen.
